An early adopter of AI in the compensation space, he received T-Mobile’s 2025 Innovation Award for implementing AI-driven compensation solutions with measurable impact.
Ardavan focuses on bridging established compensation practices with emerging AI capabilities—translating new technology into practical, deployable tools for comp teams. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and is passionate about helping compensation professionals navigate the shift to AI. He is based in Seattle.

Jonathan Jebson
Director of Compensation Insights | Compa
Jonathan brings more than a decade of total rewards experience to Compa, where he leads a team of compensation experts who partner with customers and internal leaders to bring a clear, data-driven comp perspective to every conversation.
He started his career in executive compensation consulting at Semler Brossy, Korn Ferry, and Compensia, primarily serving Pre-IPO and Public technology and companies. Jonathan then served as the compensation lead at two late-stage startups, Roofstock and Sysdig.
