About the speakers

Bobby Dysart

VP of Sales, Compa

Bobby Dysart is Compa’s GTM leader, focused on helping compensation teams make sense of emerging trends in data and AI. Before joining as its first sales hire, he ran Finley Track, a consultancy supporting early-stage tech startups, and previously founded Skilloop, a marketplace for lessons. He also wrote The 5 Buckets: A Framework for Living with Intention, a book used by software salespeople and a few unsuspecting relatives.

An Ohio native now raising a family in Newport Beach, he brings a grounded, practical perspective to the future of compensation technology.

Jonathan Jebson

Director of Insights

Jonathan brings more than a decade of total rewards experience to Compa, where he leads a team of compensation experts who partner with customers and internal leaders to bring a clear, data-driven comp perspective to every conversation.

He started his career in executive compensation consulting at Semler Brossy, Korn Ferry, and Compensia, primarily serving Pre-IPO and Public technology and companies. Jonathan then served as the compensation lead at two late-stage startups, Roofstock and Sysdig.

Jonathan lives in St. Louis with his wife, dog, and 2 year old son, George. Outside of Compa, he enjoys golfing and discovering new dinner recipes.
