Bobby Dysart
VP of Sales, Compa
Bobby Dysart is Compa’s GTM leader, focused on helping compensation teams make sense of emerging trends in data and AI. Before joining as its first sales hire, he ran Finley Track, a consultancy supporting early-stage tech startups, and previously founded Skilloop, a marketplace for lessons. He also wrote The 5 Buckets: A Framework for Living with Intention, a book used by software salespeople and a few unsuspecting relatives.
