Jonathan Jebson

Jonathan brings more than a decade of total rewards experience to Compa, where he leads a team of compensation experts who partner with customers and internal leaders to bring a clear, data-driven comp perspective to every conversation.
He started his career in executive compensation consulting at Semler Brossy, Korn Ferry, and Compensia, primarily serving Pre-IPO and Public technology and companies. Jonathan then served as the compensation lead at two late-stage startups, Roofstock and Sysdig.
Jonathan lives in St. Louis with his wife, dog, and 2 year old son, George. Outside of Compa, he enjoys golfing and discovering new dinner recipes.

Tom Langle
Principal | Compensia
Tom joined Compensia in 2019. He provides research and advice on executive compensation and related matters as an independent consultant to Compensation Committees and senior management at technology companies. His clients range from mid-late stage pre-IPO through newly public and large public technology companies. He has extensive experience helping high-growth companies transition from private to public ownership and in helping companies navigate difficult compensation, governance and shareholder issues.
