About the speakers

Tay Poe

Director of Product, Compa

Tay Poe builds products at the intersection of data and intelligence. As Director of Product at Compa, he builds AI products that turn complex compensation data into clarity and action.

Over the past 15 years, Tay has shaped product strategy for startups across technology, fintech, and social impact. He co-founded Freedom Collaborative, a global data platform combating human trafficking, and Haiku, a Y Combinator-backed creative tools company. Earlier, he led product design at Bitfinex, one of the world’s leading crypto exchanges.

Based in Nashville, he lives with his wife, musician Rachel Lee Roberts, and spends his free time woodworking and training in jiu-jitsu.

Jonathan Jebson

Director of Insights, Compa

Jonathan brings more than a decade of total rewards experience to Compa, where he leads a team of compensation experts who partner with customers and internal leaders to bring a clear, data-driven comp perspective to every conversation.

He started his career in executive compensation consulting at Semler Brossy, Korn Ferry, and Compensia, primarily serving Pre-IPO and Public technology and companies. Jonathan then served as the compensation lead at two late-stage startups, Roofstock and Sysdig.

Jonathan lives in St. Louis with his wife, dog, and 2 year old son, George. Outside of Compa, he enjoys golfing and discovering new dinner recipes.
