Supriya Bahri is the Senior Vice President of People at Roblox, where she leads global People Business Partners, Total Rewards, People Operations, and the India GCC organization. In this role, she partners closely with executive leadership to shape people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent practices that support Roblox’s continued global growth.

With nearly two decades of experience across technology and consulting, Supriya brings deep expertise in global compensation and benefits, executive and equity compensation, and rewards strategy. Prior to Roblox, she held senior leadership roles at Meta and Accenture, where she designed and implemented global rewards programs for complex, high-growth organizations.

Supriya is recognized for combining data-driven insights with strategic business partnership and has served as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and Compensation Committees on executive pay, governance, and long-term incentives. She is passionate about building people and rewards strategies that align talent, culture, and business growth.
